LuBeC is the international meeting dedicated to the development and knowledge of the culture-innovation chain, which from 2021 hosts ISIE, the first international summit on immersiveness.

With the participation of a qualified audience of administrators, managers and public and private officials, professionals and operators in the sector, LuBeC is a pivotal moment in the debate between public administration and business, a place of aggregation and cultural accumulation, a generator of concrete development actions.

For its 20th edition LuBeC is Venti di Cultura, a title that evokes the role of culture as a driver of change and innovation, where the 'venti (in Italian)’ are the currents pushing towards the future and symbolise the dynamism and capacity of culture to positively influence society, the economy and innovation towards the achievement of the Agenda 2023 goals for sustainability. And ‘venti’ also recalls the years of experience of LuBeC, and even more the age of youth, of those entering the world of work, bringing new instances and energies that in the present and past culture can find that humus necessary to respond to the great challenges in which we are immersed.

The event develops in thematic workshops with comparisons and interventions on policies, presentations of research, co-design workshops: ideas and projects where culture becomes a key element for progress and sustainability.
