LuBeC is the international meeting dedicated to the development and knowledge of the culture-innovation chain, which from 2021 hosts ISIE, the first international summit on immersiveness.

With the participation of a qualified audience of administrators, managers and public and private officials, professionals and operators in the sector, LuBeC is a pivotal moment in the debate between public administration and business, a place of aggregation and cultural accumulation, a generator of concrete development actions.

The guiding theme of this 22nd edition, to be held at Real Collegio on 14 and 15 October, is ‘Cultural Re-generations’, which expresses LuBeC 2026’s vision in line with the Culture Compass for Europe, but also in response to ‘Culture and Health: Time to Act’: culture as a generative force capable of bringing about profound transformations in policies, regions and communities – not a separate sphere, but a strategic lever for sustainable development.

7 ‘Workshops’ for 7 themes
The concept is organised into ‘WORKSHOPS’ that explore the relationship between culture and the 2030 Agenda, developing the guiding themes across the dimensions of sustainability – social, environmental and economic – with the aim of strengthening the process of building the strategic and technical skills required by the public and private sectors to operate effectively within the framework of sustainable territorial development.
The ‘workshops’ are designed as multidisciplinary panels taking the form of conferences, presentations, workshops, debates and hands-on experiences, addressing the main challenges facing the cultural sector.
