Giuseppe Del Debbio. Studio d'artista, a retrospective dedicated to the Lucca painter, graphic artist and sculptor, curated by Alessandra Trabucchi.

The exhibition, from November 12 to December 10, 2023 at the Palazzo delle Esposizioni in Lucca, offers an unprecedented journey to discover the poetics and art of sculpture of Giuseppe (Beppino) Del Debbio.
An exhibition that proposes the challenge of being able to read beyond the beauty of women's bodies, to grasp the changes and the great strength that Nature hides in the slender and fluid forms, which Del Debbio unveils through 35 bronze sculptures, 15 pictorial works and some notebooks with drawings.
Del Debbio's women are living, modern women, taken out of the rhetoric of contemplation, dropped into contemporaneity. They are not posed women, but in motion, dancing, twisting, stretching.

The exhibition can be visited from Tuesday to Sunday, 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
