An exhibition conceived by Antonio Possenti. Forty-four artists make up the group show, a sort of continuum from the exhibition held in 2018 to pay tribute to the Lucchese master of painting who died two years earlier.

The idea was born a few years ago in Antonio Possenti's studio: the term "oneiric" to indicate not only painting similar to one's own, but also those artists who, with poetry and personality, conceived the painting as a possibility of extension of thought, paintings capable of penetrating you inside, of leaving a trace.

Two geniuses of artisans were identified in the exhibition: pure dreamers and dream realists. The ethereal material with which they work is the same, the boundaries are not always well delineated, the dream marries with vision, transcends into the metaphysical and the fantastic, composes fabulatory scores, lingers in meditation and contemplation, transposes faces and landscapes into an elsewhere, models feral creatures, surprises restless and consoles.
