Photolux presents the exhibition of World Press Photo 2023 winning photographs in Lucca.

On display at Palazzo Ducale, from November 25 to December 17, 2023, are intense and meaningful images that touch on the most pressing issues of 2022, from the climate crisis to the impact of wars on civilians, and reaffirm the important role of photography as a tool for information and awareness.
Among the winners are two Italians, Alessandro Cinque and Simone Tramonte.

Saturday 25 November, at 10.30 a.m. in the Auditorium of the Agorà library: "I wanna be an influencer". Nicola Tanzini, author of the book, talks with editor Benedetta Donato and journalist Lombardo, investigating how the world of influencers has and is changing the geographies of places.

The exhibition can be visited Monday through Thursday from 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Friday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Every Saturday and Sunday at 11.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. guided tours are available.
