More than 30 of the best producers at national level will present their new oils, chefs, pastry chefs and artisans of taste will take turns to present tasty creations in combination with the different Italian cultivars for Lucca Olive Oil You, a two-day festival made up of meetings with experts and a market exhibition with the main producers of the ‘green gold’, an Italian excellence indispensable for a healthy and balanced Mediterranean diet.

The event, to be held on 1 and 2 February, is organised by the City of Lucca in collaboration with the prestigious Pennsylvania State University School of Hospitality Management and Department of Nutritional Sciences, as well as the participation of the Shaner hotel group through Reinassance Tuscany il Ciocco Resort and Spa, Grand Universe Lucca and Grand Universe La Residenza, and the artistic direction of Master of Olive Oil Fausto Borella, the historic divulger of this excellence on tables all over the world.
