A journey through taste enhancing the excellence of products and workmanship, ancient knowledge, attention and care for the quality, originality and uniqueness of the food and wine proposals.
Two long weekends full of citywide and inclusive events with more than 40 exhibitors, guided tastings, workshops, product presentations, food-themed meetings and debates.
