More than twenty disciplines to try out and learn about in one of Lucca's most picturesque and naturalistic places, the Serchio River Park, a stone's throw from the city's historic center.

The Sports Festival, scheduled for Saturday, June 15 from 3:30 p.m. to 11 p.m., is an opportunity for sociability, culture, aggregation and education in outdoor sports and for rediscovering and enhancing an environment strongly linked to the city's history and tradition, a natural theater for playing sports and trying out disciplines suitable for everyone.

 The Sports Festival, scheduled for Saturday 15 June from 3.30 p.m. to 11 p.m., is an opportunity for sociability, culture, aggregation and education in open-air sports and for rediscovering and enhancing an environment strongly linked to the city's history and tradition, a natural theatre for playing sports and trying out disciplines suitable for everyone.

On the day there will be demonstrations, tournaments, matches, physical activity with the 22 sports disciplines and four refreshment points with typical products. At 9 p.m., the European Football Championship match Italy-Albania will be screened.

The activities present at the Sports Festival: martial arts, athletics, basketball, baseball and softball, football, cycling, mountain biking, cricket, horseback riding, shooting and skittles, gymnastics, skating, boxing, rafting, rugby, fencing, skiroll, diving, tennis, archery, volleyball.
