This historic celebration of Carnival, born in 2002, has captured the hearts and imaginations of thousands of participants year after year, becoming a must-see landmark in the city's festive calendar and today in the one of Lucca in Maschera.

On the day of Mardi Gras, February 13, 2024, Lucca is preparing to host the XXII Edition of Maschere in...Ballo (Masks...in a Dance Party) the Evening Dance that transforms the prestigious Villa Bottini into the stage of a great masked party.

Maschere in...Ballo is a compelling experience that combines fun with the community spirit. This dancing night, now in its 22nd year, makes Carnival an authentically participatory feast.

The historical dances by the Società di Danza (Dance Society) and Scuola di Ballo Alchimia Dance (Alchemy Dance School) will enliven the festival this year. Pop and Disco Dance by DJ Narciso Menchise.

Also this year rich prizes and cotillion!

Due to the venue capacity, admission to the event is limited to 90 people.
